(I used Garlic & Onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and Goya Vegetable seasoning)

false. when ingredients say "fat free" its basically just according to the FDAs standards, but when you combine it all there will be fat. but in all honesty its a fantastic way of cutting back on fat and carbs that you would normally get in your favorite comfort food.
