Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you how to make some healthy breakfast ideas and some healthy breakfast recipes that are easy and yummy. I hope you enjoy these breakfast recipes healthy and breakfast ideas that can help you stay on track, plus they easy breakfast recipes!

Blueberry Pancakes
1 cup blueberries
1 large ripe banana
¾ cup almond milk

1 egg OR 1 flax egg if vegan (1 tbsp ground flaxseed and 3 tbsp water)

pinch of salt

Golden Milk Chia Pudding
1 cup almond milk

Sweet Potato Egg Rosti
2 cups grated sweet potato, water squeezed out
1/4 egg whites or 1 whole egg or if vegan can try with a flax or chia egg!
pinch salt
half avocado
an egg, if vegan scrambled tofu would be good!

um wouldn't just one cup of brown rice flour have over 500 calories? I know there's plenty of nutrients in these pancakes but I just think the calories are too much, especially if you add the other ingredients for roughly 200 calories more…
