Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you some healthy comfort food recipes! enjoy these gluten free and dairy free healthy recipes.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes
2 large eggs or 2 flax eggs (2 tbls flax in 6 tbls water)
3 tablespoons full fat coconut milk http://amzn.to/2zWHobg
½ mashed ripe banana
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar http://amzn.to/2icE1oA
½ teaspoon vanilla extract http://amzn.to/2iH6GGj
2 tablespoons of coconut flour http://amzn.to/2zWLqkd *if you want to sub, use 1/4 cup of another flour because coconut flour is highly absorptive!
½ teaspoon cinnamon http://amzn.to/2idddF1
¼ teaspoon baking powder http://amzn.to/2zX2Kp6

Pizza

1/2 cup cassava, mashed, simply take the skin off and chop. boil for about 20 minutes. you MIGHT be able to use potato, but i haven’t tried!
2 tablespoons olive oil
dash of himalayan salt http://amzn.to/2iGIpQJ
2 teaspoons coconut flour OR 2 tablespoons of another flour. For paleo use almond flour. for gluten free can use brown rice flour or the almond flour.
1/8 teaspoons baking powder
450F 10 minutes, then another 5 minutes with toppings

Cashew Ricotta:
1 cups cashews (soaked overnight or for 1-2 hours in boiling water)
juice of 1 lemon
About 6 fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp garlic powder
Basically just blend everything together

1 teaspoon sesame oil
