Ingredients:

1/2 cup organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup organic balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small organic garlic clove, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into a glass jar and shake. Dressing keeps in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
