HEALTHY COOKING – WEIGHT LOSS – Stuffed Chicken Breasts!

THIS RECIPE IS FULL OF FLAVOUR, AND IS SO DELICIOUS, YOU WOULD NEVER IMAGINE IT’S HEALTHY FOR YOU!

Currently, I’m trying to eat better and get fit. Fatty Friday’s is to showcase my journey and share it with all of you. Besides it helps me be accountable to someone!

This recipe is one of my favourites to make, however, I normally coat the chicken in flower and fry it in olive oil before baking. I decided that I would still enjoy this recipe, but make a healthier version that will help me make better food choices and cooking styles. I hope you enjoyed it!

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
500 – 550 calories for 1 chicken breast – 5 to 6oz

Ingredients required:
2 – 4 Boneless/skinless chicken breast
Baby Spinach
Mushrooms – Button or Shitake
Green Onion or you can use White/Yellow/Red Onion
Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Cooking Spray
Butternut Squash
Califlower
Cilantro

Salt/Black Pepper/Paprika/Chicken Seasoning/Garlic Powder/Onion Powder/ItalianSpices

Kitchen Cooking String or Toothpicks

i'm really enjoying this series. 🙂 just wondering if you have any tips (or would consider making a video) for healthy snacking. sometimes my usual stand by of fruit and veggies just doesn't cut it and i need something more satisfying!

looks yummy! i don't care for mushrooms (can't get past the fact that they are a fungus, lol), and my husband doesn't like spinach (i love it, though!). i'm  going to have to get creative to come up with a healthy alternative stuffing. mmmm, maybe try a cordon blu with a little bit of ham and reduced fat swiss, and some carmelized onions. maybe not as healthy as yours, but yummy 😛

Another nice recipe however I am not a fan of mushrooms so I would make a stuffed chicken stuffed with sautéed rapini seasoned with some lemon, pepper, garlic and chives or onions as a side I would probably turn the vegetables you used into a purée and ad the cheese from the stuffed chicken to the purée :)!
