@niharikaa89 Im kind of late but don't peel the skin because that way mushrooms loose all of their special flavour in terms of the sauce aswell

@niharikaa89 whatever vegetable that is peeled will love nutrionnal value however, if your mushrooms are too dirty to clean with a paper towel or you just want a nicer presentation than peeling is a must.
